Does submitting a custom request mean my order is confirmed?

Your order is confirmed after the project details are approved and payment requirements have been completed.

When is payment due?

Payment is required before production begins unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Custom orders are not placed into the production schedule until the required payment has been received.

Can I bring my own shirt or item to be customized?

In some cases, yes.

Please contact us before purchasing or dropping off an item so we can confirm that the material is suitable for the requested decoration method.

Customer-supplied items are accepted at the customer's risk because we cannot guarantee how all outside materials will react to heat, embroidery, or other customization processes.

Do you offer embroidery?

Yes. We offer embroidery on select apparel, hats, polos, jackets, accessories, and other suitable items.

Pricing depends on the design size, stitch count, garment type, placement, quantity, and whether digitizing is required.

Do you offer DTF and heat-transfer designs?

Yes. Depending on the project, we may use DTF transfers, HTV, sublimation, embroidery, rhinestones, or other specialty techniques.

We select the method that best fits the product, design, and requested finish.

Can you recreate a design I found online?

You may submit inspiration images so we can understand the style you are looking for.

We may create an original design inspired by your concept, but we do not guarantee exact duplication of copyrighted, trademarked, or another creator's protected artwork.

Can I make changes after approving my design?

Minor changes may be possible before production begins.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Please review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and design details carefully before giving final approval.

Are custom orders refundable?

Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for each customer, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has begun.

If we make an error with your order, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

What if I entered the wrong name, date, size, or spelling?

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all order details before production.

Once production begins, we may not be able to correct customer-approved information without creating a new item or charging an additional fee.

Absolutely. The website showcases only part of what we can create.
